Who we are
I'm Corey French, founder of Brighter Days Support Coordination. I've spent six years working across the NDIS sector, including Disability Employment Services, Support Work, Support Coordination, and Team Leader roles, alongside a year working in youth care across Australia and New Zealand. That experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of how the system works, where it often falls short, and what actually makes a difference for the people navigating it. I started Brighter Days Support Coordination because I saw too many people finding the system difficult to navigate, under-resourced, and without anyone genuinely in their corner. As an independent coordinator, you're working directly with me throughout, genuinely invested in your outcomes and committed to the individual care you deserve.

Whether you're new to the NDIS or have been navigating it for a while, understanding your plan can be genuinely difficult. Brighter Days helps you make sense of what your plan covers, how your funding works, and how to access the supports you need most.
We source the right supports for you, matched locally and to your needs. If you already have a support team in place, we work alongside them, keeping communication flowing so everyone's genuinely on the same page. Together, we build the best possible team around you, all working toward the same outcomes.

Based in Perth, Brighter Days Support Coordination is committed to providing quality, consistent coordination for every participant we work with. We offer flexible and remote support options designed to make coordination genuinely accessible, no matter where you're based. That commitment comes from firsthand experience with the real gaps in access and support that exist across both metro and regional Western Australia.

Brighter Days Support Coordination provides Support Coordination for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. All of our services are billed in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits, with no out-of-pocket cost for participants with the relevant funding in their plan.
